When will I get my pre-order product? 

We are delighted you're interested in our collection.  All pre-orders are estimated to be shipped between 31st Aug - 30th Sept, 2021. You will receive an email notification once we have shipped your order. We can't wait for you to enjoy it!

Can I cancel and get a refund on my pre-order?

We begin processing order once an order has been placed, for this reason we are unable to issue refunds on pre-order items. 

Can I do an exchange? 

Absolutely, we understand it is hard to determine sizing from your online purchase. If you require an exchange in size you can simply email us within 15 days at orders@ryanli.online with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for. Further instructions will be provided. 

When will I get my pre-order appreciation code? 

You will receive a unique appreciation code valued at $200 (that never expires) delivered to your email within 48 hours of your pre-order purchase. You can use the appreciation code on your next order. Thank you!

You buy and we donate. From 15th-30th April 2020, we will be donating 50% of our sales to support AAPI (campaign that keeps track of and regroups all verified fundraisers related to anti-Asian acts of violence) and Asian-Canadian Communities.
